Hi to all visitors from foreign country...to those, who no understand czech :)Many of you ask me on my measurement and max...here they are:)

Height: 5´5´´
Weight: 124-158 lbs

How big i am...
Biceps: 14´´
Chest: 39´´
Quads: 23´´
Calves: 16´´


Max Lifts or best lifts for reps...

Bench: 176 lbs for 4 repeats
Deadlift: 308lbs for 2 repeats
Squats: 220lbs for 4 repeats.

    Thank you! To be honest I think, that your biceps is more then 31cm at the moment, looks much bigger at new pics.
