    Hi Katka, you lift some really impressive weights, for deadlift as well as for benchpress and squats.

    What is your secret? What kind of diet do you follow and what supplements do you take?

    I will informing about my progress by pictures...this weekend will some doing...finally:)

    In Arnold i will be only like visitor..competitor maybe next year:))lol..i hope..

    I eat now everything:)From March i am planning start my diet..
    What supplements i use?Only Protein, Glutamine and some Vitamins..nothing else..
