    Holy Moly!!! Great (biceps,) guns as we call them here, althouth i have to say that 'guns' are illegal here in England.jkn:)))
    There are many aspects to admire about you Kathy, is that you work incredibly hard in the off season and i have noticed taht you've added good quality lean muscle whilst keeping your femininity and beauty. I certainly think that you possess all the quality attributes towards making a Pro bodybuilder:)

    Haha:) you think your crazy eh?lol!! Well i hope i don't drive you even more crazier,as i must be the most CRAZZZZZIEST guy in the world:))) Sometimes it' s cool to be a lil crazy eh:))

    I enjoyed looking through your very descriptive and informative articles titled 'Svalové dysbalance'. The diagrams illustrate very well the different ways of stretching and remind me of when i was learning this kind of methodology to become a personal trainer myself.btw,whose that cute gal featured in the pixs doing the stretching? hehe!!

    Anyways, all the very best with your work as a personal trainer. So do you have many clients as i am sure you really excel at your profession:)
