    That's a neat workout program Kate, just wanted to share with you my own workout plan as i personally do incline Barbell Triceps extension and Tricep dips As I find this is a useful compound exercise for chest and shoulders too:)) I use this exercise quite a bit 4 sets of 15 reps. However, thanks again for your workout plan.
